I would recommend the Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground. Great people, excellent food, right in the heart of fantastic riding. What more could you ask for? I always swing by at least once a year.

That's how mine started. If it starts displaying a gear other than the correct one, it probably won't last much longer. At least mine didn't.

I believe I will, just to be on the safe side. Concerning the gear position sensor, yeah, if your gear display starts acting funny don't do like I did. Replace it!
