No argument here... if the 'feature" doesn't work with Garmin tracks, good luck getting it added. I've found the developer(s) are pretty non-responsive :(

FWIW, I think in this case, you are referring to "routes" (not "tracks"). If you all had the same track, they'd display all the same regardless of the make/model of GPS. Routes display differently...

I'm in the same camp. I like the product and I've seen some awesome videos created by GoPro cams, but I cannot justify the expense. I do think it's very cool that the new models can do 4k though.

It depends on your level of commitment... some people walk around with multi-thousand dollar DSLR set ups while others make do with sub-$100 point-and-shoots. Not everybody needs a 4k action camera.
