The neutral problem is common with the dr350s. The shift drum bolt or worn washers for the clutch basket are probably the cause. The bike looks to be in amazing shape.

Finally got those two pesky screws out after much cursing. I wasn't able to find the proGrabit at the hardware stores around here so I just got kit that had some drill bits and screw extractors....

I didn't leave it in stock form long at all once I got it but if i remember correctly in stock the gas mileage was around 5mpg better than it is now.
