it really isn't that bad compared to the american cities you're probably used to. If you do come early morning or evening rush hour you can avoid the 417 and maybe navigate a little quicker...

I'm about to import a BMW and from reading this thread the recall clearance letter is key. Has anyone just walked into a US dealer and requested one? I'm really not keen on paying bmw canada 500.00...
