Get everything directly from W&S. Register and choose ADVRider for the "club" section in the menu to see the discounts. Much less than retail elsewhere and you'll get everything in 2-3 days.

I've done bicycle touring. 40-80mph on a motorcycle is a little different than 15-20 mph on a tourer. I wonder if the "quick-release" mechanism is sturdy enough.
