Similar to what a BMW GS has, partially closed at lower rpm to increase torque and opens at high rpm to increase power. Makes the torque curve fatter overall.

I've dropped my bike plenty and the plastic fairing above the touratech bars is the one that gets crunched the most. that and the handguards. Not sure how much protection these upper crash bars...

I ride an XC with the arrow can and one of my riding buds has the same bike with the yoshi. The yoshi can is a bit quieter than the arrow with the arrow Db silencer out. I like the sound it makes...

Two bars (low light) is a gallon left and no bars is about half gallon in my experience. I pay no attention to miles left because it is so wrong, especially when flogged :evil

I had the same problem breaking off the front signals. Bought some shorty style LED signals from Cyclegear and they work great. They are short enough in the stock location to not be an issue.
