R100RS fairing is slimmer and narrower. Less vibration at highway speed. But helmet noise is very high. You can't get around it....

I took out the diode board and replaced with a new Thunderchild diode board. The voltage does go to 14V at 4,000 rpm.

I kept the original factory rubber mount. They are still in good shape.

Thank you for the reply. That's the answer I was looking for. Relay is usually See's candy size. Sometimes is hard to find a right location for it. Tapping is much easier.
