Had the same problem. I ended up removing some of the foam. Earbuds are not pulled out of my ears when i put the helmet on now. More comfortable because i made the ear pocket bigger also.

I ride two up every now and then with no problems. And I'm 195 and don't tell her I posted this she is 140. Our trips are usually short though. But I don't think you would have a problems.

Thanks for all your input everyone. I kind of knew all along it would be the WRR. You know how it is sometimes though.. you get into that mindset that the $7000 bike that no one else around here...
