I suppose my interpretation of Dual Sport is a "plated" dirt bike, as the EXC's mentioned above. 100 -150 mile days will likely be the max for me.

I made my own with 3/16" aluminum. The end product looks /works great. However if making your own is not an option; Black Dog makes nice quality plates.

Barrett Exhaust cans...

The "Barrett exhaust" cans finally arrived. Nice quality, perfect fit/finish and sound fantastic!
Each can weighs 5.5 lbs. (Stock cans weigh 11lbs ea.)

From a consumer point of view, the 990 will sell 100 times quicker than an overpriced 690 Rally bike in a couple years.

Installed the Uni pre-filter (in place of the snorkel) on the Super Enduro today. Now what do I do with the carb vent hose that ran from the snorkel and into the Air box cover?
