You were correct. I was able to get a wheel cylinder hone and hone out the bushing enough to accept the shaft. Now if it would stop raining, I could reinstall it.:lol3

Get a used ice chest, wrap engine in plastic sheet. Place in chest, use expanding foam and spray in ice chest with engine in it. It will conform to the engine and chest to hold things from shifting....

+3 on Copper coat on metal gaskets. Learned 40+ years ago on doing a valve job on my dad's '65 Fury. Didn't use it, regretted it. It also helps transfer heat between the head and block.

It's ok, the bolts are only finger tight. Cost of reamer is more than the cost of a new bushing and seal. I think the vendor sent me one for a smaller sector shaft. Stupid me for not double checking...

Check to see if the petcock screen is plugged. Both my Stinger and the K11p were clogged causing the same symptom. Or just ship me the bike and I'll take care of it for the next few years. :deal...
