Yup

Try the OSMAND app , you can download all the maps for free. It's not great for routing but great for loading up tracks . I use sigic for routing , it's all offline and works great

I think it's a challenge anyway you cut it, I'm on the Super Tenere and it's tricky no matter what you ride. I've done the COBDR, WABDR, 1/2 of Utah and this is by far the hardest one I've seen....
