No they don't...............I think most shifted the traditional way and those that don't had a optional shifter drum fitted post factory. The optional shifter drum was preferred for racing I'm told....

Actual old Changs can get a waiver for DOT and EPA.........but you do have to have current DOT tyres and you can get those in China now.
