No disrespect but your question is kind of vague..Are you referring to the ratios of 1st thru 5th gear or the overall ratio of the final gearing..

This clutch design has been around since the late 60's maybe longer.
I bet these plates would fit my old 1969 CT-1 175 enduro..
It makes no difference on the placement. I sort of recall the tab...

[There is no aftermarket choices that I know of..they are some out there that are close to exact replacements..but try one off a ttr225. it will fit and give more room..if you don't like it resell on...

The non electric starts 85's and some 86's are about 1 inch longer than the electric starts
..10 inch vs 11 inch.
I just looked at the ebay item you refer to and that will not work with the non...

YES, the starter is the reason and because of the starter the down tube is
a different length, something I did not realize until doing this project.

My ttr225 to bw200 frame is pretty much complete..The rewiring

It's looking good they pass my yard test and seem to give it a little more rpm's..going to take them out this weekend and give them more testing.
I have 3 that will fit the non electrics exactly...

bad cdi's can run.

I have tested a lot of them and some will work pretty good for about 5-10
minutes then start cutting out and dying. Let them cool for 10 minutes and
you can go for about 5 min. more or less each...

while you are in there take out the camshaft on the backing plate and shine it
up ..and dab a bit of grease on it before you reinstall ..I also put a dab on the other end where the shoes contact it.

Most of you may know but an old 200 sprocket can have the center
bolting plate cut out and the holes drilled out to match the bolts...

[ Go the the 190 ..I still have some of the blue 125's that I purchased back in the 80's...They are too light and chip easy..
