I did the same thing with my Husky 610. Just glue it on with superglue and it should do just fine. Mine stayed in place for a long time until I replaced the rotor and went back to the pet magnet.

Interesting.. I run a MT43 Dot trials tire at 10-11 psi full time dual sport and get 2000 miles out of them. Rides usually run 150-250 miles 50/50 street and dirt.
