Finished Project
Finally finished everything. Painted and cleared the body parts, repainted the rear rack. I also did the old silicone and metal bbs in the handlebars while I was at it, and got new black Acerbis...

Did some sanding. You need to wait 24 hours or more for the abs to work, and you have to make sure you don't glob it on otherwise it just peels off.

ABS cement filler
Added the ABS cement filler tonight. Any idea on how long this stuff takes to cure? My Googling says it's 48 hours before I can sand it down but I'm not sure. The rear piece didn't need any fixing....

Last night I took a hair dryer and took off all the old stickers. If you've never done it before, it's really easy. Just heat up the stickers a bit, get a razor blade under it to start it and peel...
