I've been running an Ironman / Regina combo on my 300 for two years now and the sprocket shows virtually no wear. AFAIC, the Dirt Tricks sprockets are the best available.

At the end of every long trip I divide up my gear with things I used, things I didn't and things I wish I would have brought. I compile that info into a packing list for the next trip. Works great!
