Actually the NTX engine is the same as the other...

Actually the NTX engine is the same as the other 650's.The differences are in the primary gear box ratio.The small blocks are extremely modular bikes....

I'd say that you'll just have to open her up and check all the splines -especially the flywheel and the gearbox input hub.At best it'll simply be all caked in dust from the lining material.

I guess that the V65 fork legs are larger than the monzas which is a good thing-without a fork brace the smaller ones were very flexy ! The taper bearing conversion is also a very good idea...

The 500 frame will work.They have the shortest swinging arm but as DesertPistons has shown that's the weak point so if you are serious it has to go. They also use cup and cone steering head bearings...
