I had to google "H4 bulb wiring" and found out the OP had grounded the Hi beam, powered the low beam and grounded the ground.
I changed it around...

Well, I went back out and now the bike runs just fine. Lights still only work for about a minute though. I will try grounding the R/R now. Mine is bolted to the top of the airbox as Honda intended.
