Johan, you could try some m6x20 button head bolts. Though with 5mm disc spacers that still wasn't enough for me and I had to mount speed sensor elsewhere.

Sounds like your motor has been injesting dust. Make sure you check air filter seating, airbox etc... before starting up the fresh motor
I can only assume the 2 denotes oversized cylinder/piston...

I tried HID on mine and they lasted only a couple of months. They don't seem to last the off-road stuff. They will flicker if they are not receiving enough...
