Clean Scoop
Love my 2002 Adventure. Agree with others. Eats up twisties as good as my "S," fun off-road (whaddaya expect from 600lbs?) and all day is no problemo. Recently ran 1554 miles in < 24hrs.

I got about 7200 miles out of the Anakees on an Adventure. Some long distance, a lot of 2-up with luggage and some hard cornering. I switched to the Tourances to to check them out, but so far I...

On your rider height question, I'm 5'10" with a 33" inseam (to bare feet). Lot of potential variation in rider height and inseams, but many who are comfortable on the bike. I have the BMW lowered...

Love the Adventure.
Rode sport Jap bikes for years, but long distances. A 1000-in-1 on a ZX-6R and a 1300+ mile day on an FZ700.
Moved up to an R1100S two years ago. 36K later and I still...
