Took my Baja Designs squadron light from the 500 and put it on the 300xc-w. It flickers like mad. Perhaps that is why the Baja Designs website does not show an LED option for two smokers.

Bench test the switch, wire it to a car battery, fuze and the bulb, if it doesn't blow fuzes on the bench, then you have ruled out the switch.
