It is bolted on. I used a lawn mower handle to make it. I drilled holes through the crash bars and used the bolt from the landmower handle to bolt this to the crash bars. :rofl

Yes, you read right.
With Mikes brake setup you can do stoppies with a Transalp.
I'll try and get some pics of this cause it is hard to see from the seat. But you can feel it.:rofl

I lucked up and found a piece of metal that was bent this way. I cut it down to the size I needed drilled a few holes and that was it. I had to notch out over the latches to make it easier to open....

Here is a close up of my throttle control. It is a Kaoko Throttle Control for a Suzuki V-Strom DL650 w/o handguards used with hot grips. I know I Know...Don't use it with heated grips...
