09 GSA cylinder bolt stud factory defect

So, my 2009 GSA at its 6,000 mile service was discovered to have a loose cylinder bolt. The stud was the culprit and was "fixed", I believe with a helicoil type repair as per BMW NA. Then an oil leak...
