Howdy all, i have a annoying rattle coming from 640 since i got home a few days ago from a 6 day Simpson trip.The trip manily consisded of days sitting on between 110-150 kmph.

Saab have just got back from a trip to the Simpson desert and was getting 410 ks before hitting reserve, then about 30 odd on reserve. Sitting on speeds between 120-150, for the trip thou i changed...

Theres a product called "Flash tac" roofers use it and its identical to the stick on head shield you are refering to. Available at any good hardware store and comes in a roll big enough to do heaps...
