I have a padded Columbia that is my favorite riding jacket. Iíll likely order a second jacket from them at some point. They are very nice folks and offer a great product IMO.

I tried the Walmart ones and Monkey Butt powder for a couple years. Last year I bought two pairs of LD shorts. This year I have 4 pairs. There is NO comparison IMO. LD shorts work great for me.

They help but not nearly as much as the heated stuff. Hippo hands help a lot. You can get cheap knock offs but IMO you get what you pay for.

My advice is to go to a bike shop that sells SIDI boots and try some on. The CBTs are made by SDI and fit the same in my experience.
