A couple years ago no gas at Starbuck. But the marina just north of there did. Saved my bacon. Couldn't believe I found a marina in the desert! Heppner, Fossil, Maupin yes.

Wa. is one of only two states in the nation that don't require motorcycle insurance. So that might be an option for you. Besides that I've never heard of such a thing. Just insure it in your state...
