Correct, but I think you have to admit the styling of the new Scout is fantastic at it's price point. This is where the Japanese cruisers fall short, they just lack that "got to have it factor".

Japanese just haven't figured out how to match the feel of a Harley. The cruisers look and feel flimsy and cheap. They have been getting better though, Yamaha is probably the closest with the Bolt....

Why the heck would you want an early EFI bike? I've owned two, a 97 Suzuki TL1000-S and 00 Triumph TT600. Never again. I strongly recommend either a 2nd or 3rd gen EFI bike or stay with carbs.
