Opened her up today at a workshop with the help of a good mechanic.
K2M, you were spot on, 1 pin stuck out about 3-4 mm. Punched it back in and secured it with a punch to the alu close to the pin....

Oil was at its end after 5,000 km/ 1 month, changed it after the incident. Also this last 5,000 km I used mineral oil 20W-50 for the first time, couldn't get any synthetic oil....

Oil filter was never plugged in the past and never overly dirty. To me at this stage a faulty oil pump is the most likely event. There are some particels in the sump oil that should not be there....
