They are BarkBusters. Not really crazy about them because they don't have any connection to the handlebar ends so would probably rip off in a get-off but they look nice.

Thanks for the advice. I think I"m going to talk to one of the companies that do this every day instead of just throwing parts at it. I would like to keep the bike looking as stock as possible.
