I have close to 500 hours on my 2012 and it has had a SS filter in for most of its life. Just change the oil often and don't worry about it.

You can get the clutch holding tool on Amazon...

The KTM manual says to replace the clutch dampers...

The KTM manual says to replace the clutch dampers every 20 to 30 hours. Recluse has an information sheet on how to check the wear of the dampers....
