A bunch of companies make 0W-40 (Mobil 1 is just one of them). All 0W-xx oils are synthetic. I don't think any of the xW-40 oils have the 'energy conserving' label - that's reserved for thinner xW-30...

Thanks guys - good time today - I bailed at Marchand Rd and headed back home. Took out the Goldwing and washed it up and filled with gas. So both bikes were ridden in November this year.

terrible dream last night

Bought a red R1150RT (like Piffle's) on impulse for $4000.

Had 'the expert' look at it and the pipes and gas tank were all rusted out. At least it only had 40,000km on it. No idea if it even ran....
