Thanks again for the advise, I've done the test as Dirty suggested, fuel pipe off, spare fuel pipe on and place in fuel can, turn on the fuel tap and the fuel flows nice and easy into the fuel can....

Just taken the fuel cap off & there is definately no fuel vent line although there are holes 90 degrees radially from were the vent hose is in the picture. Although I cant see how the holes would let...

Kinta, yes it's a lockable cap & I've just had a look & theres no vent line. I took the tank off last weekend & there was definately nothing there. I guess if the vent line is missing then there...

Hi Steve, I'll go for a ride in the morning and see if when it stalls removing the fuel cap has the 'burping effect'. I still dont know were the fuel vent line is, d'oh!
