hi and a speedy recovery to the crash pilot.
I once rode with a friend who had a fzr 100 front end in his mkI/3vd TDM. He used the triple clamps as well, the original tubes are thinner I think.
I rebuilt my mkII/4tx to original specs after i totalled the front end, because I like the long suspension travel of the original forks.
but then again - I'm just a pig ;)
