I think this set up is better actually. The strength is about the same or better, the feel is
far better and the lighter unsprung weight makes it
feel much lighter. I think with the new Brembo master cylinder I'll finally perfect the system as I think the stock master is a bit wooden and lacks feel and I've always run Brembo radials on my race bikes because of their perfect feel. It's now a complete supermoto race setup.
I've got the bike almost together and will be riding it to TN on Thursday so I'll report back about the new lever and how it feels. Of course I've just discovered that the new master interferes with the hand guards so I'm working on that right now.
I hope to be done tonight and packed tomorrow...
