I couldn't find my BMW cross country info, so I had to use my Progressive Insurance. It pays the first $75 of a tow. I had to eat the additional $160.

Not to hijack this thread, but how do we actually get BMW road service? I tried searching on my Blackberry and couldn't even find a 800 number.

Also, my battery is definitely shot. It reads 12.7v until a load is put on and then drops down to 3v.
