I got simmilar V45 from a guy who was moving to Arizone for free. He did not have the title. The bike was at his parrents house and he just wanted it out. He said that it was his roomates who owed him some money for the rent and gave him the bike. I got the inspector to look for the guy and sent him certified letter. After 27 dollars and two weeks, I got the new title. I sold the thing for $1200 the next month. Too bad I didn't take any picts of it. Now I whish I kept it.
