I would prefer using wires any day. When you are racing in Sahara lowtech is the way to go.
Touratech made a roadbook superior to the MD one filled with gears and cool gadgets. Bute everyone uses MD anyway thanks to the strudly rubber band driven system that can be fixed with gaffa tape and runs forever.....
