Nothing much on my end. Haven't been in Vienna in a while, but it is now definite that I will move back beginning of November. I still have about 5 other projects going on so don't expect anything soon.
But I think I have the fuel system figured out, provided that I find room to mount a surge tank that can house the stock Versys pump/regulator. If I move the airbox up front between the two Rally tanks this should give me room just behind the shock. I already have a dual inlet distribution valve to switch between front and rear tanks on order, as well as a vacuum pump to get the fuel up into the surge tank.
Another alternative I have been looking into is the 690 Duke/SM tank, which comes with an internal EFI pump. It's pretty small, but I like the look and together with the rear tanks I would still have a good range. Since it hugs the trellis frame backbone on the KTMs, it also should be wide enough to fit over the twin cylinders.
