Homemade Bread

Traditional Old's cool bread
(flour, water, salt, yeast) in wheat.

Don't use much yeast. The dough is supposed to raise over night. Dough consistency is very important. I suggest you use a bread maker to mix all the ingredients. Bake in a cast iron in the oven at 425 F. You must pre-heat the cast iron first. Bake for about 30 minutes, and then uncover the pot and bake for another 5 minutes.
