Yah, if you keep walking south along Paseo Colon it turns to a cobblestone walkway for pedestrians. I never did figure out what was actually happening here. We thought it may be a local radio personality on the stage to the left. He was talking so fast I never got any of it. But it sure had the crowd mesmerized and laughing for quite a while. There were a ton of people out and I don't know it this is normal or not.
