Agreed. I like drinking mostly bitters and pales; I like hops but I'm not really into the hop-contest that West Coast beers have become.
We have a few local breweries and at least one of 'em is a standout, but nobody's doing cask-conditioned stuff.
Anyway, I'll hopefully be able to post up some brewing news of my own.....one of these days.
