Bloody hell Neil you are getting old.
The section is where it bolts to the headstem, in fact if you gussett everything eg: the "arms" as well even better. Basically strengthen the whole thing.
Sorry mate but I'm not taking my fairing off for photo's. I do want it to be together again before the OCR.
