These are really nice risers and very easy to install.
Here are the risers in the bag. They are clear anodized aluminum and come with stainless steel cap screws -
Here are the bars before installation -
You simply remove the bar from the tree and install the riser with the original cap screws -
then install the bar to the riser with the included screws - (I used some blue locktite)

I could only do a brief ride with the risers installed, but I could easily feel a more relaxed riding position. I'll report back after I get a few miles on them -
