1990 Subaru Sambar (in the process of swapping a Subaru EJ22 boxer and VW bus trans into this)
1998 Dodge Ram (I'm pretty much done with this. I stripped off the tasteless
chrome rocker panel covers and fugly decals the previous owner had applied, repainted the sides of the truck due to the massive paint damage caused by the rocker trim, then installed a 2" levelling kit, 16.5" GM motorhome wheels, and 37" military tires. Needs a few more things in the long run, but for now it's a good winter beater/hauler thing.)
1985 Merkur XR4Ti (16 valve Volvo head swap, Megasquirt EFI, Holset HX35 turbo [same one as the Dodge has,] 8.8 IRS from a Lincoln MkVIII, Mustang Cobra brakes, etc, etc, etc. This is my long-term project car... It's been draining me since 2003 and I'm nowhere near done.)
