What do you guys think about the 28A vs 40A alternators? I am thinking I am not going to worry about it too much since I am not going to run much more than GPS and heated grips. I've seen where there is an upgrade for the Voltage Regulator/Rectifier for 1/5 the price of the alternator and 1/100 the effort.
Glad you're enjoying it. I get around low 40s with my hooligan riding.
If you're not going to run high-output lights or heated suit I'd not worry about the alternator.
