Not really that great of a story. I remembered how I couldn't budge the oil jet the first time, and used a screwdriver bit and a wrench to remove it. I did the same thing this time, only I also used the screwdriver bit and wrench to tighten it... too much. Dumbest thing I've done for a quite a while.
I tried a few different ways to extract the screw with no success, so here is what the bike looks like right now:
