I think it will be like most bikes these days, designed with a 'short people have no reason to ride' philosophy. I'd be surprised if the seat height was much less than 32". Just look at the NT700. It has a very high seat for no reason at all except for laziness on the part of the designer.

Honda knows how to make a short person friendly standard bike, they did it with the ST1300. Sadly that bike seems to be an aberration.

Lots of short people, especially women and shorty girly-men wind up buying cruisers just because they can sit on one in the showroom without feeling like they are balancing on a high wire.
