I had a wonderful ride through the eastern part of Our Great State on Friday, and without
in the world, stumbled upon this cable ferry.
that tag pic is taken from the North side of this expensive
that the approach to the ferry from the South is on easy, well-groomed roads. The approach from the North is just fine as well until the last 50 yards or so, which was mostly underwater. Water wasn't deep, and as long as you pick your path through you should be fine. My FJR did get a little sideways in one spot, but it wasn't too bad. I do recommend dismounting and walking through the mud puddles to find the best path. Water was only a couple of inches deep.
It's nice out today. Sorry it took me so long to get this posted. Hope ya'll are all enjoying the beautiful weather.
