Mine is still as good as new and cleans off very easily. They used the hardest one available on mine as the darker coating (which looks really good and you see on a lot of road and bigger adv bikes) chips off easily from small stones thrown up and even scratches from boot buckles etc. The cooling properties certainly do as advertised.
