Nice thread, I've liked the 800s since the S/ST came out in 2006.
Quick word about the stalling; the 800S allegedly has a small flywheel, which means it needs to be revved harder that one might think, otherwise it has an annoying habit of stalling. I've no idea if the 8R has the same issue though.
